A lovely vintage coffee pot by Adams, decorated in the timeless English Scenic pattern. The deep blue transferware design features a picturesque country landscape, with cottages, trees and horses set against a warm ivory ground.
The elegant curved spout, sweeping handle and beautifully shaped lid give this piece a traditional silhouette, while the blue floral border adds another layer of detail.
Its classic colour palette makes it lovely displayed on a kitchen dresser, styled amongst old books and ironstone, or as part of a collected blue-and-white arrangement.
The base is marked Adams, Real English Ironstone, Member of the Wedgwood Group, England, with the pattern name English Scenic.
