Returns & Refunds

At White Cottage Finds, every box is thoughtfully curated using vintage and antique pieces, each chosen for its character, charm and timeless appeal.

Because of the nature of these items, no two boxes are ever exactly the same — and small signs of age, wear, or imperfection are part of their story.

We kindly ask that you read our policy before purchasing.

Vintage Condition

All items are pre-loved, vintage or antique, which means they may show signs of wear, age, patina or imperfections. We believe this adds to their beauty and uniqueness.

These natural characteristics are not considered faults.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Your box must be unused and in the same condition it arrived in
All items must be returned in full
Original packaging must be included where possible
You must contact us before sending your return

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

The outer packaging
Inner packaging
Damaged item(s)

We will assess this and offer a replacement (where possible), partial refund, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom & Curated Boxes

As each box is individually curated and often made to order, we cannot accept returns based on:

Personal taste or style preference
Minor variations from listing images
Natural vintage imperfections

Each box follows the theme and style advertised, but individual pieces may vary depending on availability.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, White Cottage Finds is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
